Keep all tax dollars collected in America for Americans. When the government wants to give money to another country they must do Benefits and FundRaisers. The American people can decide to donate to the cause if they want . The tax dollars remain in America for American issues like disasters or for Veterans, or Capital Improvements, etc. No more need to beg Congress to come back to release additional disaster funds. No more need for Americans to donate to help our Veterans. We the people choose what foreign countries need our $. We remain in NATO and financial support our share.

I would modify this to say “Keep American’s tax dollars in America FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS”.
Presently, billions are being spent to provide housing for “migrants”: better than many American citizens normally have.
Migrants get 2-3 years FREE HOUSING and FREE UTILITES (we the taxpayers foot the bill) while there’s zero money left for American Citizen hurricaine victoms who’ve just list EVERYTHING.
Hurricane victims ALLEGEDLY get a $750.00 LOAN. Yeah, read the fine print. It’s a loan and ALLEGEDLY they have to take the loan or FEMA will seize their property.
On point, America ALLEGEDLY just sent so much money to Black Rock companies for the Ukraine, and so much money to Israel, according to Biden and Yelsen, there wasn’t enough money left for America to meet it’s military pension obligations, Social Security, Medicare, etc. So Congress had to raise the debt ceiling. Yeah, buddy…
That money belongs to Americans: not Congress.
