Stop and Investigate the HAARP program. Who’s running it? What are its true capabilities? What are they doing with it? When have they used it? What are the outcomes when it was used?

HAARP is a pet project of the government - I am quite sure that they know who is running it, what it is capable of, and what they are doing with it.
The problem is when they use it while infringing on the Constitutional Rights of the American People. Those particular uses need to stop immediately, IMO, and we need all of this information disclosed to the American People, along with assignment of a neutral third-party watchdog group that can monitor HAARP activities, how they impact us, and what processes will be put in place to arrest and charge individuals who participate in the repeat violations of the Constitutional Rights of the American People regarding Life, Liberty, and the Persuit of Happiness. Our government agencies and military have completely ignored the Constitution over the decades and now feel emboldened to do whatever they wish – damn the American People. For instance, with HAARP, repeat instances of microwave atmospheric heating causes high pressure areas that spawn damaging high winds at ground level. These 50mph+ HAARP-generated winds strip shingles off roofs, rake the topsoils clean of organic debris that normally serve as plant nutrients for next season’s crops, suspend all sorts of fungi, spores, and particles in the air for long durations, causing serious respiratory distress in the affected population, etc. Given these direct results of HAARP atmospheric heating, this fits the proper description of a “weapon” used against the American People. Legal action should be taken under this criminal activity. The govt knows that HAARP projects are causing these injurous results and they continue their microwave heating with impunity. The American People OWN these HAARP facilities and PAY the saleries of those who operate this equipment while causing harm to their ultimate employers - the taxpayers. Action should be taken immediately to halt this indiscriminate ground-level destruction. Our govt is always: by the People, for the People, and of the People. Our govt needs stand down with HAARP projects that directly or indirectly harm the American People, as these actions are clearly considered ongoing ‘Crimes Against Humanity’. in every definition of the term.

You think last week’s 26 American deaths was due to a random event of Mother Nature? If you don’t stop your govt-run HAARP atmospheric generators, then you have only seen the beginning…and it will be blamed on childish changes in the climate because of car exhaust and cow gasses.
How much will it cost you to re-roof your shingles? How may dollars? Are you OK with that? Push back. Stop your rogue govt - who should be run by you, and not the other way around. YOU own those HAARP machines, like you own your own roof. You paid for BOTH. Start ACTING like it. Letting others know that you are "fed up and pissed off" is a good start.
