I had to write a kind of confusing policy post just to get past the kindness police on this very site, a site dedicated to seemingly libertarian policies. Yet I can’t write any words remotely related to LGBTQ rights without being thrown in “jail.”
In NYC, women held a rally to support their rights to private spaces and not having men in women’s sports. Trans rights groups showed up and became violent, whilst the women simply held signs quietly. 115 people were arrested including the quiet women with signs.
It is a hate crime if you write words. It stares that clearly, as I am trying to show with this post and pears getting wrongly upset thinking I am against free speech. I had to make a confusing policy post JUST TO GET AROUND THE POLICING OF THIS VERY WEBSITE. People here commenting are being put in social media jail just for writing the word “rainbow.”
This is everywhere Anna. I live in NJ close to NYC and the language police are everywhere, throughout social media, which is why I write a confusing policy- to get by them and be able to post.

I created another policy here to rid the internet of the kindness policing typically aimed against women standing up to transgender activists. It was shadow banned and no one is seeing it or commenting.
I’m a female and I don’t want anyone policing others language. Unless it is a direct threat, I don’t need the government telling people what they can and can’t say. FFS this is just as bad as the people who want it to be a hate crime if you misgender them. People say mean things. That’s life. If becomes an issue where you no longer feel safe get a lawyer and go after them for harassment.

Making my point to you seems to be a lost cause. I simply asked for evidence of someone being arrested for speech alone, as you claimed, because I was interested and shocked that there was such a law. You keep posting anecdotes and complaints about people being arrested for disturbing the peace et al, and not just uttering the words “dumb faggot” or similar. Again, I’m glad you were unable to show evidence of same. I didn’t think it existed.
You need to learn how to read analytically. The clip in question says exactly the opposite - speech alone is not a hate crime… a normal crime BECOMES a hate crime when hateful speech is involved, but just saying hateful speech is not a hate crime. Read your clip slowly if you must.

My point is that we need to eliminate the “kindness police” like here on this site. One person here who is female wrote “rainbow” and was put in social media jail. I wrote “bitch” in my headline for the policy and nothing was done. I then wrote “fag” and was put in social media jail.
Women are being targeted more seriously for so-called “transphobic” language, even here on a site supposedly devoted to a paradigm, a new mandate for constitutional rights. But so far everyone here is more into torching my headline rather than actually read what I and to change it. Go ahead- keep arguing without reading. Waste your time.
Demographically speaking, it’s white moral ethical Christian conservative men that are responsible for themselves, family, community, state, and country. In other words are not seeking irresponsibility and self intrest.
This will be counter intuitive to you, but the shortest distance to the safety and security you seek is for white women to start noticing their enemy wants white people replaced by more managable people groups, and are weaponizing women’s most immature natures to destroy cooperation, tradition, and culture. Stop competing with white men, and seek cooperation and loyalty to the only people that are going to secure and defend you and your existence.

Except you are advocating for ‘balancing the scales’ by implementing new speech restrictions, while I am advocating for ‘balancing the scales’ by removing the current speech restrictions.
No I am not. As I said, the kindness policing of this site will not allow me to post, as I have already tried, to end all policing of language online and in real life. My policy was shadow banned and no one sees it. No one commented on it. But this post, which may seem confusing, is getting seen.

The 115 people arrested in NYC included women holding signs quietly whilst trans activists threatened to beat and name them. They were out in jail along with these same people.
You sound like a gay, trans activist out to prove no such policing is happening and out to disavow free speech.

You can read through the misguided responses of many people here about this, who clearly are unaware that women are being unfairly targeted and free speech being completely ignored in favor of kindness policies. They accuse me quickly of trying to police free speech when they fail to recognize, AND INDEED ARGUE WITH ME, that it is already being thwarted.
