This policy is for immediately arresting federal and public agents who conduct survallance operations on American citizens without a specific individual court approval.
Public privacy should be protected. US citizens do not want a police-state, a nanny-state, a survallance-state, an authoritarian-state, or a totalitarian-state. They do not want any form or version of big brother and mass survallance and control. They do not want actors and any sort of agents spying on them. Citizen privacy should be prioritized and those who go against this measure should be immediately arrested. This includes third-party survallance systems and contractors alike.
The United States needs to strengthen its citizen privacy aperatus and protect citizen freedoms. Freedoms of sovereign peoples should, without dispute, include the right to privacy.
