Illegal immigration policy updates. After the known criminals are deported, I recommend a pay to stay until you receive permanent residency.
The pay to stay will apply to all none permanent residents, this also includes work, school, medical and guest visas.
If you are on an adult with a work, guest, medical or school visa and you wed or have a child, to stay in the US you will be required to pay an annual fee and have current permanent residency application.
If you were brought here as a child and now you are a legal adult but under 21, to stay in the US you will have to pay a smaller annual fee than the above paragraph and have current permanent residency application. If you are older than 21, the annual fee will be the same as the above paragraph with current permanent residency application.
If you are an adult who crossed the border, single or with family, not a convicted criminal, you will have to pay an annual fee with current residency applications for each person in nuclear family, nuclear family definded as legal parents and legal children.
If you are an adult who came here ilegally or you are on a guest, work, student, or medical visa and ×do not have permanent residency and gave birth, the child will no longer be used as an “anchor” for you to stay in the United States, regardless if the child is given US citizenship. This means these children will not qualify for a US passport until they reach legal US adult age. This also means the parent must pay an annual fee and have current permanent residency application to stay in the US.
If the annual fee and current residency application is not met, the impacted individual will need to leave.
If you are stopped by legal enforcement and you do not have documentation and are not a convicted criminal or commited a crime within the US, you will have to provide a staying fee and apply for legal residency before you are released. If aftet a “certain time” a stay in the US fee is not provided and an application for residency is not filed, the individual will beported back to their home.
