The individual can pick whatever policy they want (PPO or HSC). Policies must be available that covers pre-existing
The individual’s are responsible for the co-pays and deductibles of the policy they have chosen.
This will create competition within the medical insurance industry and lower the prices of policies along with provide better coverage.
