Give start up money to low income /bad credit land owners to purchase the equipment to start small farms, chicken hatcheries, cattle ranches etc etc.
This will increase American Food production

I disagree with guaranteed forgivable part. If they know they don’t have to pay it back most wont. Just call that a grant in that case.
But small, easily attainable, low interest loans are a very good idea, I’d suggest not only for small farms but for small businesses in general. Some church charities do this in the third world, and it seems to me that it helps a lot. It’s scary that we’re starting to need a third world solution here in America, but it seems like we do.
