Governors must adhere to the Constitution

If a governor signs a bill into law that violates the Constitution, they are immediately removed from their position and go on trial, or face a personal fine equal to their salary multiplied by how many years they’ve been in office. That money is then goes towards something the people of the state would like to accomplish.

Ex: highway maintenance, park construction, community development

The next person that assumes governor also has to abide by this law.

Our Constitutional Rights are sacred must be protected at all costs.
