It is believed the DOJ has had a direct influence in the fraudulent law suits and settlements with NAR and many big brand real estate brokerages. Real Estate Agents are pillars of communities, influencers and trusted guides. The DOJ has allowed these lawsuits to go too far and only lined the pockets of lawyers.
