One of the biggest problems today in America is the stifling, ridiculous, and often asinine restrictions placed on young entrepreneurs.
Gone are the days of being able to open up a Lemonade Stand without Karen from across the street and coming over with demands to see a 9-year old’s business license before calling on the police.
Children are innovators, they solve problems, and they learn by trial and error.
They should not be required to get a business license, open a bank account, or struggle with unnecessary red tape just to get started.
Give them the opportunities at a young age, allow them to find success in their own way, and by the time they are an adult, they will have resolved much of the start-up woes and pitfalls of running a business.
The rest of the world does not have these restrictions and young Entrepreneurs rise quickly to become successes because of early-stage interest.
I may hold a bias and am speaking from experience but we once had something called the American Dream where anyone could make a name for themselves by putting in hard WORK.
Start rewarding - and stop punishing.
It is time we uphold these values, in the spirit of capitalism and free markets.
It’s time we remove the restrictions which foster innovation and growth.
Let’s promote the future leaders of America and support them.
Small Businesses are the backbone of America because they create jobs, opportunities, and stimulate local economies.
Make America Great Again!
