You shouldn’t be able to get anything done to your body cosmetically until you are over the age of 21. Especially gender changing care.

Eh, I’m a firm believer in a parent can decide medical decisions for their child. Once we let the government do this than what’s next? Making my kids get vaccines or making any other decision for me? Hard pass. Keep the government out of our lives.
