I appreciate the sentiment, and your proposal would certainly be entertaining. But for various reasons, putting a wrecking ball through the Deep State would be slightly more complicated.

It’s based on a proposal Trump put forth, which was very popular with the people listening to his speech. For various reasons I explain, Trump’s idea is good but his approach would fail. Mine fixes that.
