We can see that the climate of the US is beginning to change substantially. Not from human activity but from changes in the Sun. More hurricanes, earthquakes and torrential rains. A very good case can be made that the Earth is cooling which could be hastened by changing ocean currents. The Federal Government has much data on this. We must prepare. I believe a very good case can be made to promote investment in multiple, large, regional and climate controlled greenhouse structures along with educating a generation of students in their proper and efficient operation.
