My taxes actually went up with the last round of Trump tax cuts because they were based on an “average” family of four. It hurt large, primarily Christian families with several children. Bring back the personal exemptions to allow us to deduct from our gross income for every person in the house. Or, better yet, get rid of the income tax in favor or a Flat tax, Fair tax, or tariff model.
