Biggest expense on every county budget and state budget across the country is public schools. The number of students who are classified as ESOL- Speakers of other languages ( foreigners and illegals) have grown 20-40 percent over past twenty years. This could be a two for one plane.
Step 1. Send ICE and national guard to public schools and round up minors who are illegal. All school districts have student already labeled and identified, so districts can receive federal funding. Students will give up their parents. Seize any and all assets. Tag family with rfid chips and deport. Change law to “North Korea plan” illegal immigrant equals immediate death sentence. This will decrease illegal immigration, allows for round up and test scores will sky rocket. When non- English speaker test score are removed data will show significant improvement.

New constitutional amendment legalizing marijuana and create / put a federal tax on it. Example Colorado makes more than a billion dollars per year in taxes.

Remove any and all property taxes across states.
Repeal the 16 amendment- go to flat tax- with exemption on primary residence, medical care, schooling. If you spend more you pay more in taxes. This removes the incentive of working less.
