Eliminate the user fees paid by pharmaceutical companies to FDA as a way to eliminate regulatory capture and bias that disfavors the public. We need an FDA that is completely free of conflicts of interest. And is not dependent upon pharmaceutical money to do the work its required to do. This will require evaluating and resinding parts of the FDA Modernization Act. This is a particular concern for CBER which is responsible for making sure that vaccines are safe and effective. This requirement is not being met.
