Any monies sent to any other county for any reason should be able show a timely return on that investment. Whether that be in the form money, product, or assimilation.
I think that whether that money is for disaster relief, research,or war campaigns, any monies we send should be from now on considered an investment with expected returns of at minimum equal value. If that condition can’t be met by the receiving country then no funds should be released to said country.
Projected or proposed returns on investments are not a suitable answer. As guarantees must be made for the release of funds.
It is time that we as America stop sending money to foreign countries who give nothing but hollow promises to maybe someday get something in return. We have for to long been the world’s piggy bank, and that need to stop.
