Expand USCIS and lower visa fees

The Immigration system is horribly broken and corrupt. There is also a backlog of years in some countries for people to get an appointment for a visa to the United States. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It’s a leading cause of illegal immigration and trafficking. Downsize other government agencies and divert people to USCIS to clear out the backlog in the countries that have long wait times.
