Executive Orders should expire & be bills

We have had too many presidents come into office just to remove the previous administration’s Executive Orders and create their own. This is not how our forefathers intended presidents to rule.

Each EO should have an expiration date of no longer than 1 year from the date it was signed. No more infinite EOs being created and revoked by each new president.

Each EO should be presented to congress as a bill to be voted into law or allowed to expire. This should not be optional for the speaker to bring to a vote or not, it should be mandatory to put to a vote within 60 days of signing.
