A #GOVTbySMARTPHONE app would Initially be just be a voter registration app that made it possible for all 200M voters to be polled on every issue of public interest. Eventually, it needs to be applied first at the local level of city councils where all citizens are voting members of the council and then eventually worldwide so that instead of having 535 pretend to represent 200M we can all just represent ourselves. Best of all, every person submit their idea of how society’s resources should be allocated so that in effect every person gets to spend their share of the state purse to end civil conflict and discontent. No one can ‘represent’ anyone else but we all can just ‘present’ ourselves.
