Regulate the Use and Weaponization Nanoparticulates

The unregulated use of nanoparticulate technology is a danger to the health of society. Even moreso as a tactical or lethal weapon. Nanoparticulate technology should be treated and classified the same as biological warfare and nuclear warfare: an international crime. Citizens who unknowingly inhale technology and substances that are devastating to their health are ignorant of the potentials of tyranny, death, and surveillance.
