I propose we use the draft since it is already set up and not being used. To draft and do extensive firearm training 5 % of the population to do mandatory conceal carry for a certain amount of time (2-4 years, etc.) or until mass shootings are eradicated.

this goes right along with stop demonizing firearms. I remember when most boys had firearms at school…and not 1 school shooting ever occurred
How would drafting people result lead to an end of mass shootings?
