Synopsis: Please support this policy so that Bobby and team see it and can ensure that the EPA doesn’t force Berkey out of business. There are no gravity fed system replacements that protect from as many contaminants as Berkey. Say yes to clean water. Say no to EPA corruption and abuse of power!
The EPA has been going after long-time best-in-class manufacturer of gravity fed water filtration units, Berkey. They are abusing their elevated powers granted during COVID to claim that Berkey must register its filters as “pesticides” after 25+years of operation with no problems. My wife and I and many other health conscious people are aware of the chemicals (pesticides, choloramines, PFAS, heavy metals, microplastics, etc.) that are found in ever increasing amounts in city water. We have turned to Berkey for reliable and effective reduction of these harmful contaminants. Berkey is the gold standard of gravity fed systems. Since May of 2024, we have been unable to purchase replacement filters for our Berkey system and Berkey inline shower filter because the EPA has forced Berkey to stop production.
I am quickly learning that what the EPA says is bad, is actually good, and what they say is good and safe, is usually the opposite. Just look at the food pyramid over the years… 
I am hopeful that the Trump Administration will give every opportunity to Bobby and team to correct so many of the issues with water,soil, air, and food contamination to make America healthier and reduce chronic diseases like cancer and others that are at never before seen levels.
