The COVID Vaccines were rolled out under EUA and lacking meaningful safety testing. They were touted to prevent transmission of the virus. It is clear this is not the case, nor was it believed by the manufacturers to be the case.
By defining the mRNA shots and boosters as vaccines, these manufacturers enjoy total immunity. These shots, however, are gene therapies, which carry no such immunity. A simple bill defining mRNA shots as gene therapies and not vaccines would open the door to the vaccine injured obtaining justice for their injuries.
