Clarification clause on congressional bills

Make mandatory separate sections on all bills to include a statement of intent. This is meant to be a communication in plain language, not “legalese” such that the authors of the bill can communicate their intended purpose to prevent perversion of the legality of the bill over time. This also serves the purpose of assisting future review of said bills.

This is a great idea, many corrupt laws are made intentionally vague! This is a nesscessity.

I would also add that all bills need to be clean. No more tacking on funding for another country, climate change or any other special interest.

Yes, single subject bills ought to be law so that people can vote independently on the issues rather than making compromises on unrelated issues to pass a bill.
