The positions of the Supreme Court and Presidency (potentially others) should potentially require the individuals to have biological children, with reason being that individuals without families of their own have no reason to benefit a future generation and growth of the country but instead only aim to utilize policies for their own gain. For example, we see this with some representatives, particularly in the Senate and House, demanding we go to war while they are being paid by war-related corporations and groups.
The grey area for this policy lies with individuals who may run for these offices with adopted children. In such a case, there may be a provision to allow such individuals to run should they have been the guardian of the child for a number of years prior. This would aim to prevent individuals from adopting solely to be eligible to run for these positions.
