When Obama amended the Smith-Mundt Act with HR5736, he basically allowed the Media to lie to the American people. Not much could be worse than legal propaganda.
This policy is hereby reversed to repeal HR5736

We don’t need to go dark here.
Fix problems that help all Americans. We can’t do to Obama what they did to Trump. The media will call it racist and targeting and everything else.
Just fix the problems. Penalize people who don’t comply.
