Here are my ideas for creating an improved work culture.
-Primary requirements: Reduce inflation, cost of living, and make jobs flexible and readily available.
Introduce true work-life balance with families spending time with their kids instead of just on the weekends.
-Optional for businesses to have a four day work week. Businesses can decide if they want a 32 hour work cycle or a 40 hour work cycle.
-Businesses can also choose to only be open in the mornings, evenings, or operate 24/7 with a day time and night time crew.
-There is emphasis on employee convince. The belief is that satisfied employees make productive and long-lasting employees.
-There is prizing of senior employees both in experience and longevity in the company.
-Prioritize on safety and employee satisfaction.
Have a system to report on unethical business practices and behaviors that does not rely with internal working within the business.
-Allow for people to opt-in or opt-out of social security.
-Entry level jobs are truly entry level with zero experience.
-It doesn’t take forever for people to get hired.
-There is a 30 day liability-free trial period to test employees (within reason).
-Employers are required to pay employment candidates minimum wage for interviews.
-Companies cannot put out ghost jobs. Every job post must be strictly looking for candidates. Businesses cannot create ghost jobs posts for tax amenity reasons.
-Allow the creation of business culture where employees can take pride in joining more then a business and more of a community.
-Do interviews by being ourselves and authentic instead of something we’re not under the mask of being professional (this doesn’t mean to not be professional, always be professional as one represents a business). All this is doing is screening for sociopaths and narcisists who are good at expressing their inflated ego.
These are the ideas I have so far. If you have any you want to add, write them down below.
