I think that Federal Employees should be limited to their service within the Government similar to enlisting or serving in the United States Military, with contracts. As an enlisted Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I signed a contract to service that included active and inactive duty. If a military service member wanted to continue past their initial enlistment, they had to apply and sign another contract. If their position was still needed and their service record was up to standards, they could reenlist, if one or both of these were not true, they were not allowed to do so. We have a lot of unelected bureaucrats that do not provide value back to the citizens of our country. I think they should be up for signing contracts with both active and inactive clauses, like service members, that if the country needs them, they can retain them, if their service is no longer needed, they are not allowed to stay.
