Build new green cities on federal land, and then encourage similar cities around the world. Create workforces out of criminals and undocumented immigrants to help. Zero tolerance on crime in those cities. Democrat nirvana in terms of environmentalism, undocumented immigrants and social melting pots, and Republican nirvana in terms of low tax opportunities for workers and entrepreneurs, free speech and merit based evolution.
Imagine a city where you can get anywhere in 20 minutes with tunnels underground for transport and safety from hurricanes, heat, wind and other weather related issues. Completely powered by solar or green energy. Zero tolerance for crime so everyone feels safe from violence or theft. Diversity of thought so people learn to think from other perspectives. Beautiful healthy outside parks and playgrounds encouraging families with kids, healthy lifestyles. Golf courses for Trump. Create a blueprint for what life will be like 100 years from now.
Where do I start? Trillions in our taxes to build utopian cities on our land. Zero tolerance for crime? But jobs for illegal immigrants? Shouldn’t illegals be immediately deported if you have zero tolerance? How big of a police force and prison will you need for zero tolerance?? How much pristine ecosystem will you dig up for your underground city??
Thats a big negative. No green cities! No 15 minute cities. Waste of resources and theft of land.

Work with the environment. Respect it. Nurture it. Create better conditions for wildlife and nature.
The argument against ‘illegals’ is that they bring crime and drugs in, and rely on welfare. Identify them(or let them self identify as they now have a path to citizenship), have them work and participate for 5-10 years with no serious felonies, and then they have free rein. Same with criminals. Put them to work, rather than sitting in a cell consuming tax dollars.
Maybe no guns might reduce crimes, requiring less police.

We have too many now to do something sensible like this. They ALL must be deported back and the border shut down until the INA is revised. Then perhaps in the coming years we can think about it again.
No governmental funding for pet projects. You want green move to a village there is plenty of green over there. Mother nature provided! Cities are not green! They are polluters by design!
