RFK Jr had an idea to put the federal budget on block chain so we all know where the money is going. Citizen oversight and transparency is needed deperately.

I am tired of hearing how such and such department lost millions and billions without any accountability. Or how we are just now finding out FEMA spent our tax money that was for helping in natural disasters for US citizens but instead went to import illegal immigrants. Or that FEMA has 8 billion but won’t release the funds to the people. I want to know where our tax dollars are going. Make it easy for normal people to understand what is being purchased. No line items that have only unintelligible descriptions like “part 123089352” without us understanding if it is a chair. Make a public disclosure requirement if a citizen inquires what a line item is and why they will receive an answer within 10 business days. Or something to that effect. If no response then a fine per day to pay the citizen until the information is given. The fine has to be fairly large to entice entities to produce proper information since we are talking in the millions and billions for the budget. Maybe $10,000.00 a day or they are reduced 1 million per day for next years budget.
