There is a major job shortage in our country and as a country we out source most of our manufacturing due to pollution, cost, and other variables. As a country we do not make anything. Our steel comes in from China. Vehicle parts from Mexico. This is pathetic as a first world country. We should be making products and selling them to other countries.

Bring back investment tax credits and merge Fortune 500 companies with new manufacturing companies to share HR, growth ideas and healthcare.

This will bring manufacturing back to areas like Detroit and has less financial risk to the federal government because these new manufacturing companies will be overseen by their big brother companies
