And probably what should be done immediately is for the FAA to REQUIRE all chemical-spraying aircraft to have their call signs recorded in a special database, including all airport tower info detailing when the craft left the airport, its total flight path, and its final return to the/an airport. This data will allow us to track the corporations behind this spraying (at a later date) and assess the approximate damage done to which cities/towns and geographical areas. paving the way for communal lawsuits against these corporations. Their properties (ie: aircraft, buildings, properties, etc) can be auctioned off at that time to pay for the damages that they inflicted on that community. It would be a good start, and would make these white-collar criminals think twice about using their property to service contracts that are knowingly damaging the ecosystems and people that they are intentionally spraying.
