Ban calling a bread a bread if it has added sugar

In other countries, they cannot call it bread if there is added sugar to it. It must be called a pastry. Consumers do not realize that the bread they eat has added sugar. If it is called bread the manufacturers cannot have added sugar to it. It must be renamed as a pastry bread easily identifiable. Stop with the name games. Ireland: Bread must contain no more than 2% sugar by the weight of the flour in the dough. In 2020, Ireland’s Supreme Court ruled that Subway’s bread contained too much sugar to be considered bread.
