Sorry, but I can’t agree with this one. They actually use laser and or sound waves to control the weather. If they can stop tornadoes or hurricanes, I agree with it. To use it to do damage? Of course not!

This technology will be very useful to keep research going for Mars and helping humanity in certain circumstances . It should not be banned but instead be used sparingly for good, and made public with extreme oversight. For example it can be used. To prevent Hurricanes when they start forming and save many lives and billions of dollars in damage. It can be used to create rainfall in droughts and when reservoirs get below 40% and possibly even during wildfires if possible. The capabilities of Weather modification should be declassified and announced to the public. The methods on how to do it should remain classified for the ones that are at this time. Cloud seeding is public knowledge and used in many countries.
The use of weather modification to reflect sunlight by creating cloud to ‘cool the planet’ should be completely banned on this planet and be seen as a crime against humanity.

The “Climate Change” agenda is simply a way for the very oligarchs who caused most of our environmental damage to make even more money. You need to listen to their speeches, read their writings, and watch their actions to understand that this has nothing at all to do with environmentalism, and everything to do with profit, control of resources, and shifting control of the global energy market from the U.S. to China.
The climate has always changed, and it has had rapid shifts in the past due to a variety of solar and geologic events. The idea that some global cabal of billionaires should be able to charge money for naturally-occurring atoms and molecules (carbon and other taxes), monitor and control all of the world’s resources, surveil citizens to ensure that they are “compliant” with the cabal’s edicts, etc. has nothing at all to do with environmentalism.
Note that there is nothing green in the “Green New Deal,” and planting trees is never considered in their “carbon capture” plans.
And you probably haven’t heard about the fact that there are no end-of-life disposition plans for the millions (billions) of solar panels that will be coming offline in the next few decades.
The Climate Change agenda is a farce, and weather modification is being used to push the agenda.

This is a complicated issue requiring much transparency and scientific weigh in without partisanship. But one requirement is needed - government is not to be involved in how such decisions are made. Government hands in the process will never be transparent or non-partisan. Expert minds committed to scientific study and full public disclosure are needed.
Make the studies transparent. Also the history thus far. I would love to know what effect it has had on climate change

There should be a complete ban on ALL forms of weather control and geoengineering, period. Man has no business tampering with Natural environmental conditions as large scale as planetary weather. Learn how to grow food crops under Naturally occurring conditions. Then make sure everyone has some of it to eat…

Im my opinion, geoengineering was unsed on both Helene and Milton to increase their intensity and steer them where they wanted them to go. Our government has the technology to disapate hurricanes but instead did the opposite. They are doing as much damage as they can to this country and want to do away with constitutional rights.

Not even sure if I know what a normal blue sky looks like anymore. Where I live we have not had a clear blue sky in weeks. I do believe what is being sprayed affects our health & blocks the sun. Humans need the sun for vitamin D. I also believe weather is being modified intentionally for evil means.

I didn’t say they never use or have used chemicals. They have been doing that since the 1800’s, which no doubt you didn’t know. But now they mostly use lasers and sound waves. Perhaps YOU should educate yourself a little better instead of embarrassing yourself like this.
Maybe we could set up a multi-State Committee, made up of Older more Experienced Farmers who know where the rain is needed and Not Needed, and also older Experienced Weathermen who know what storms we Don’t need, etc…
And have people from various States on like a Call In Center where Current Farmers could call in and Request More Rain or Less Rain etc., for their Region or Area…
We can get really creative and Do Real Wonders with this, and the cool Part is we don’t need to do the Chemtrails thing, heck, for what it’s worth, we could clean our atmosphere with this tech…

The Issue of Weather Modification Technology only SOUNDS complicated, but that’s IF you dig into the actual Technology used and how it works and what different Antenna Arrays you need and such, and I agree, that side sounds like a real ball of Spaghetti…
But, if you only look at the Possible Applications of it, and with that, maybe go and do some Volunteer Work for a Farmer, ask lots of Questions, Nitrogen in the Ground, Carbon Dioxide in the air, and like Water, the Effects of Too Much or Too Little in either case, etc., and you’ll learn that CO2 is NOT the problem, and also that the U.S> is currently Operating on/in a Negative Carbon Footprint, especially in comparison with/to ANY other Industrialized Nation on “Planet Man”…
