Audit all congressional member’s finances before and after term to stop money laundering

All members of Congress should be required to have their finances audited by a third party to verify they are not taking any bribes from companies or countries that would conflict with their responsibilities to the people they serve. It would deter them from profiting from insider trading on policies they are creating. This would greatly reduce the budget and would bring back the trust that they have lost. There is too much money from the federal budget that is unaccounted for which suggests there is a lot of money laundering going on.
