Apply the Ninth Commandment to Prosecutors

The laws of God, in the Ten Commandments, along with the regulations and penalties underlying those Commandments is the only thing that will save Americans from government tyranny.

Prosecutors brag among themselves that they can indict a ham sandwich. This is because they can bring false evidence, false witnesses, piecemeal law, and withhold exculpatory evidence to a Grand Jury and there are no penalties for doing it. The legal theory is, let the facts and evidence of a case work themselves out in a trial. This principle does not save innocent people from wrongful prosecutions of which they endure financial ruin and innocent plea bargains.

The Ninth Commandment says “You Shall Not Bear False Witness”. But the Commandment has no meaning without the underlying penalties applied to those who bear a false witness against someone. And if prosecutors can get away with doing this without penalties for doing it, then it concentrates too much power into the hands of a few government agents.

This can also apply to civil cases. In the very least, plaintiffs should be required to pay the legal expenses of the defendant if their case is lost against a defendant. This would stop the frivolous lawsuits that are simply designed to extort money from defendant’s insurance companies. In criminal cases, the Bible requires false witnesses to receive the penalties the accused would have received if convicted of the crime he is being accused of. In the case of murder, the false witness would receive the death penalty. In a civil suit, a false witness should pay the legal expenses of the defendant. This stuff is really simple but because churches fail to teach Biblical law, people generally and Christians especially don’t know what God’s Word requires regarding justice. Humanistic justice always leads to tyranny, but God’s justice always leads to freedom, prosperity and TRUE justice.

It exposes how churches have left American Christians high and dry regarding God’s Law and true freedom. You can’t have freedom without justice, and you cannot have justice without God’s law.
