Add "duplicate post" as a reason to flag policy proposals

Most new users aren’t checking whether their idea has already been posted. This could be a way to streamline merge proposals.

Agree, might the moderators develop a suggest move to (Policy link address) ?

If possible, perhaps integrating a drop-down search field function into the title entry field inside of the create policy window might guide folks to contribute to existing policies rather than create doppelgängers?

In almost every forum there are “Related Posts” referenced at the end of postings.
