The court has become FAR too politically contested lately. If you change the number of Senate votes required to appoint a justice back to 2/3rds, where it used to be, then we will start seeing more justices that everyone can generally agree on, and restore the courts to the dispassionate referees that they are supposed to be.
You can likely push this policy through by simply threatening to appoint a justice that only half the Senate approves of. If possible, please also try to get an Amendment passed that establishes a set number of justices (and perhaps also the 2/3rds vote requirement), in order to prevent future Presidents from packing the court.
